Virtual Community Mindfulness Practice

We invite you to join our Circle of Hope Community to come together as one united, mindful, and compassionate human family. As the WHO Director-General has said in his recent bulletin, “Compassion is medicine.” Mindfulness is a practice that helps us open ourselves to the present reality with a wise and compassionate heart. Many research studies have also shown its great benefits in decreasing stress reactivity, and burnout, improving general wellbeing, boosting our immune system, and helping us have healthier relationships with one another.

We thank Ms. Tucci Reyes and Dr. Rod Penalosa, both very well-trained and inspiring mindfulness teachers for offering their services in leading this virtual community mindfulness practice for free. Join us starting tomorrow via Zoom, at 12:00 noon-12:30 pm, daily from Monday to Saturday. Please refer to our flyer for more details. Sending deep wishes of wellness, safety, and health to everyone. -Your COH Team

    Hi!
I’m really interested with the virtual community mindfulness practice. I tried to attend the zoom meeting earlier but there seems to be a problem. Do you have modules for this program?
