Tucci Reyes

Ms. Tucci is a trained teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) under CMSC UC-San Diego, School of Medicine and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MSBR) at the Singapore Management University (SMU)/ UCSD Mindfulness-based Professional Training Institute. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator under Mindful Leader.

Rod has an MA in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco and a PhD in East-West Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. He is a licensed psychotherapist, runs a private clinical practice, and currently the Mental Health Specialist at Filipino Advocates for Justice in Oakland, California. Rod is completing his final year in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program through Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science under the mentorship of Tara Brach, PhD and Jack Kornfield, PhD.

Momie Grace has contributed to the autism advocacy in multiple capacities, most significantly as ASP’s President from 2010-2012. She was a pioneer facilitator for the ASP Early Detection and Intervention Program and SM Caring for Customers with Specials Needs seminars. Grace is mother to Adrian, a young man on the autism spectrum.

Jabby is a licensed Psychologist obtained her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She holds private practice as a clinical psychologist, provides services and consultation to organizations, and is involved in the training and supervision of other psychologists and mental health professionals. She is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of COH, a NGO that provides mental health services for underserved and marginalized sectors. Jabby started formal mindfulness training in 2008 and completed a Compassion Cultivation Training developed by Stanford CCARE and the Mindfulness Educator Essentials course with Mindful Schools in Oakland, CA.

Dr. Emma Llanto

Dr. Emma heads the Section of Adolescent Medicine of the Department of Pediatrics at the PGH. She is also the coordinator for the Silahis ng Kalusugan School for the Chronically Ill which is also located at the PGH. In this talks, Dr. Emma shares her knowledge and insights on how parents and grandparents can develop resilience.

She took up her Professional Diploma in Pastoral Ministry in Family and Marital Counseling at the RMT-Cefam, Ateneo. and is part of the Parenting Cluster at RMT-CEFAM Ateneo de Manila University. She is an active member of the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP).

Aya has been involved in the various financial industries in the Philippines since 1989. With an intensive experience as a banker, realtor, equity trader, and mutual fund agent, Aya teaches individuals, corporations and civic groups about financial literacy in the Philippine setting. He also have held or currently hold most of the pertinent licenses and currently teach for thePhilippine Stock Exchange, RFP Philippines and a couple of international colleges. He is the founder of Pesos and Sense, an educational company that covers a wide range of personal finance and investment topics that typically intimidates the average Filipinos.

Renelyn is a Certified KonMari Consultant from the Philippines. In early 2018, Renelyn decided to use the KonMari method in her own home. After fixing her house using the KonMari method, she was happily surprised to observe improvements not only in the physical state of her home but more importantly in her personal and professional relationships. The impact that Renelyn experienced from KonMari was so big that she decided to pursue the certification process to be a Certified KonMari Consultant. She currently gives KonMari virtual tidying sessions and KonMari talks and workshops to

Where do I register?

Registration for mind yourself virtual summit is through Eventbrite. You may click on this link or copy and paste it on your web browser https://bit.ly/cohmindyourself.

Where can I get the link for the event I registered in?

Links for the different webinars and activities will be sent via email a few days before the event. Make sure you check your emails for event reminders.

Where do I find the schedule of events?

The schedule of events can be found on the registration site (Eventbrite), on our social media pages (facebook and instagram), and on our website at www.circleofhopecommunity.com.   

What do I need to access the events?

You can access the events through any of the following: personal computer, mobile device, or tablet from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. Please make sure to download Zoom. We will be sending the access links for the activities via email before the event. Make sure to check your email so you can just click those links and join the event! 

Will I receive a certificate acknowledging my participation?

Unfortunately, we will not be issuing any certificates of attendance or participation.

Can I get copies of the presentations?

After the event, we will be providing the COH mind yourself toolkit that contains key information from each of the webinars. We will be happy to share this toolkit with you, just please give us a few days to consolidate the information. We will be updating you via email when the toolkit is already available to be downloaded in our website at www.circleofhopecommunity.com

Do I need to pay for the event?

This event is FREE. But you are welcome to make a voluntary contribution to the Hope Fund, 100% of which will be used to support the mental health programs of Circle of Hope for healthcare workers and vulnerable communities. You may give to Hope Fund by going to our website at www.circleofhopecommunity.com and click on the Donate button.

What do I need to prepare when joining an event?

It would help to have a notebook or paper and pen ready for writing notes.

How can I get in touch with the presenters?

We will be requesting our presenters to provide their contact information at the end of the presentation. You may also reach some of the presenters via social media.

What happens after the event?

After the virtual summit, we will be sharing a toolkit which consists of collated content from the different webinars that participants can utilize as a resource. We encourage you to participate in the #kindnesspledge and to help us grow our Hope Fund so that we can continue to provide mental health support to healthcare workers and other vulnerable sectors during this crisis.
